We created an elegant and relaxing space in the rear of this Oakton home, up to this point it was just a patio outside in the backyard. This was achieved through removing the old tired deck and replacing it with three balconies.
New Covered Patio
We created a covered patio off of the kitchen that included a full grill center, ceiling fans, built-in heaters, and a flagstone floor-perfect for all seasons. One of the major challenges we had with this project was the vinyl siding in the back, the rest of the house had brick.
An Additional Patio
We veneered the vinyl siding at the base of the house with brick and put another flagstone patio with landscaping right outside the basement.
