IPE Decking
It all starts with a second-level Ipe deck that wraps around two sides of the home. Ipe decking enjoys perennial popularity due to its beauty, insect-resistance, and celebrated durability—it can last up to 25 years or more when properly cared for. Three times harder than cedar, Ipe is also known for being one of the most flame-resistant woods available today.
The Patio
The white railing’s square posts echo the shape of the patio columns below. The ceiling below the deck is crafted from finished tongue-and-groove panels and fitted with ceiling fans and charming lamps to cast a soft glow on the patio below, which is accessed from the home through French doors.
Flagstone Patio
Residents and guests can step through the square columns to the expansive irregular flagstone patio that seems to go on and on! Gorgeous stone steps lead down to the seating area, where the tranquil sounds of rushing water are provided by an enchanting waterfall spa.

Stone retaining walls provide additional seating space while creating an elegant transition between the patio and the sprawling, tree-lined custom landscaping beyond. Brightly colored perennial blooms draw the eye to the myriad plantings along the outer edges of the patio.
